Subject and scope of Support and Maintenance Services:
• Development of new functions
• Email & telephone support
• Support with error reporting in the default system to the Odoo S.A.
• Incidents caused by incorrect use or incorrect configuration caused by the Customer Incidents L3 caused by Defects of the Work, if not purchased flat-rate Support and maintenance services
• Standard support for v13, v14 and v15. In case of other version contact sales at firstname.lastname@example.org for consultation
Subject and scope of Installation and configuration services:
• Installation, configuration, environment settings, testing, UAT Editing forms, reports, workflows Updating a Work or Odoo S.A.
• Support for additional data migration
• Installation and migration to the new version - deployment
• Development of new functions, testing, UAT
Subject and scope of Training services:
• User training
• Consulting and advisory
• Technical and programming training
The price includes the work of a dedicated project manager in the amount of up to 10% of the package of services.
General terms and conditions:
• Services are charged for every 15 minutes started
• The validity of the purchased Package is 12 months from the date of the order
• Response to the request within 2 working days
• Elimination of defects within a period appropriate to the decision of the Provider
• Services are provided remotely online
• Services at the Customer's place, surcharge for transport 0.45 € / km
• Monthly renewal of the test environment - € 29 per month
